Exhibit Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 1 and 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, May 2.
Exhibitor Benefits: In addition to one half-priced conference registration for Exhibitors and listing in the conference program, this year we have added exhibit hall time to the conference agenda both days, we are offering discounted rates to attend individual panels and/or keynote presentations, and have created incentives for all attendees to visit each exhibitor booth throughout the conference.
General Information: The Exhibit Hall will be open to the public throughout the conference. Registration includes a 10×10 booth space (plus up to one additional free space if needed) including pipe and drape, a table and two chairs, electricity (if noted when registering), and listing in the conference program. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
All exhibitors must be registered no later than Tuesday, April 1, 2014 to have their name printed in the conference program. REAP will still accept exhibitor registrations until April 18.
If you have any questions, please contact Jenny Lynes at (907) 929-7770 ext. 10. If you would like to add the half-priced registration after registering as an exhibitor, just call the office at the number above for the discount code.
Interested in sponsoring instead? Sponsors receive complimentary full-conference registrations, exhibitor space, their logo listed on promotional materials, and more depending on sponsoring level. Contact Courtney Munson for more information at (907) 929-7770 ext. 13 or click here.
